We train people how to train others. The training system instructs the trainers in developing SOJT through planning, teaching, and testing, which results in error-free learning. This training is based on learning how to identify job tasks, conduct task analysis, and teaches the most effective explaining, demonstrating and coaching techniques. An evaluation system verifies your employees learn the skills and apply the knowledge.

Training The OJT Trainer

TKG delivers 3 days of on-site personalized training designed for 3, 6, 9 or 12 participants using the TKG Structured OJT Trainer Course.  Beginning with TKG's Instructor Selection Test, to help identify those employees most likely to succeed as OJT Trainers, participants are taught both instructional and development skills as they are led through practice exercises with “transparent” content to learn the SOJT process. Your trainers will learn how to use TKG's on-line LeanOJT™ to perform task analyses and develop performance checklists, training handouts, and lesson plans, using our proprietary “Show-Tell System”.

This enables you to establish and maintain your own SOJT program year after year.
